“It was the best experience I could imagine! From the second the decision about the operation been made till the discharge on the day of the operation everything was simply perfect! I’ve been wanting to do this surgery for 10 years and every time I was thinking about it - I had shivers of fear. In reality - I didn’t feel scared for a second, only exited! Staff that been looking after me were just incredible and super involved. The rooms and the hospital itself is so clean and looked after. The food was great. The after care on the day is amazing. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!”

“Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse. “It is well located as it's close to the airport and motorway network around it. The parking facility is free and also the wifi. This is a saving of at least £10 compared to other similar chain of hotels. The room was of that of a 4* or at a stretch even a 5* standard. Very calm, restful place with a restaurant. I would recommend it without any hesitation.”

Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

Communication was great from the start, Nat provided a quote I was happy with really quickly and it was easy to get in touch through WhatsApp. The team turned up at the agreed time and carried out the agreed work to a really high standard, even completing some extra bits like cleaning my door canopy. “From the excellent reviews, I was expecting a lot. I wasn't disappointed. The menu contains the traditional tapas options, with the odd twist. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered 6 tapas between the two of us. This ended up being quite a bit of food. We still managed it though. Some dishes are on the pricey side, but the quality made them worth it. The mushrooms in cream, the pork belly and the albondigas (with cheese) were the highlights. But, as mentioned, everything was delicious.”
