“Went in with a fledgling pigeon and the lady at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Other members of staff we spoke with were again very friendly. They took the pigeon with no hesitation and left us a number so we could check on its progress. Great place with great people.”

“I had to use Ashbrook for an emergency call out at the weekend to have my young horse sedated while travelling. We were at a service station on the m6. Super quick to organise the vet to get to us, vet arrived within 10 mins and was very personable, efficient and professional! Thank you so much! (We made it home in one piece)”

“I went to see a physiotherapist, very welcoming and polite, the wait was only 10 mins past appointment time, the stretched me up pretty good lol, jokes aside they have emailed me a detailed recovery plan to stick to also with option of if still struggling you can just ring them and make an appointment again if it was within a month of the last appointment, otherwise it would be re-referral from your gp. Hope this helps .”

“Lovely hospital, parking is a nightmare as there just isn't enough space for all the visitors. The Lovely, super efficient, professional, friendly staff more than make up for the difficult parking. Appointments generally always run on time & if you arrive late, they will always do their utmost best to fit you in. Great atmosphere too.”

“A short visit for a minor treatment. The staff are all efficient and the nurse that saw me knew what she was doing, was friendly, tenacious with a tricky issue and did a great job. If I was really sick I would be relieved if it was my local hospital. Good stuff from a great team.”

We had to put our dog to sleep, we had an appointment later in the afternoon but he took a dramatic turn for the worse so we phoned and asked if we could come earlier and they didn't hesitate in trying to help. “Called 111 for my wife; paramedics were here within 20 minutes staying with her for just over an hour before transporting her to A & E. They were totally professional and friendly which obviously helped with my wife who had been a nurse for 40 years. The A & E department were also professional catering to her needs and getting things done. Thanks go out to all concerned.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Vets Now Stoke. My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. It really helped ease some of my anxiety knowing Kya was in such capable and caring hands. In moments like this, the last thing you want to think about is finances, but Amanda was once again amazing — patient, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the man who answered my initial phone call (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and he was so calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone — exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you all for the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed both Kya and me. You made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable, and I’m so grateful”

“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

“Opens at 12, best to arrive around then as it can get busy later. Great selection of food available with a kids menu as well. Food is served quickly and even when busy you do not have to wait long. The staff are friendly, helpfull and quick to clean the tables. Lots of space inside with seating outside as well. Good atmosphere. Great value for money. Regular buses on the road by the carpark.”

“My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team.
