“Such a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!”

If they saw that part of the design needed improving, they immediately changed it because they wanted to produce the best work. “I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

I had so many worries but Nina listened and reassured me that she would give me a natural result. As soon as I saw them I loved them! The procedure was easy, and Nina made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout, and talked me through everything. I've had so many compliments since having them done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nina to anyone looking for defined but natural looking brows. I had a consultation the first time where we discussed my skin, what I was looking for and what options were available. We decided on a course of 3 bio re peel facials over a 6 week period. After the first one my skin was glowing, people at work commented how fresh my skin looked. During my treatments Kay discussed the best skin care routine and brands to use for my skin which has been invaluable. Whilst you may think you can get cheaper facials on groupon etc, believe me, you’re paying for quality products and a first class service here and if you want results that last, you need to invest (your face is the first thing people see!). Will definitely be going back.”
