“Perfect little traditional greasy spoon! Reasonably priced, generous but not too big portions, staff very friendly and attentive, perfectly cooked eggs on the breakfast and one of the best hashbrowns I've had in a while! Definitely recommend for a quiet little breakfast and a cuppa!”

“I went to Pronto Pizza, and I must say, it was one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had! The flavors were incredible, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. A special shoutout to Aniruth, who made the pizza—his recommendations were spot on, and the pizza he prepared was absolutely perfect. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. The crust was crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the balance of flavors was just right. Highly recommend Pronto Pizza to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. I’ll definitely be back soon!”

“Love the tandoori lamb chops from here. Normally have them with chips but opted for their garlic pilau rice this time and both were really nice. You can have a sauce (separately) with the lamb chops as well. Reasonably priced, too.”

“Started going here once a week for breakfast. Had a tasty English breakfast with 2 pieces of toast. All beautifully cooked. Also had a cappuccino. Lovely service. Keep promising to have something else because everything sounds lovely but just love the cooked breakfast.”

“Popped in today for the first time. Lovely staff and warm atmosphere. People sitting reading their papers, having a chat and having some food. I grabbed a sausage and egg butty and it hit the spot. I'll certainly be back!”

“Great experience from start to end. I tried the double smash burger with loaded Chicken fries. Now I’m not a loaded fries fan but this is different; full of natural flavours and not drenched in sauce like many other places, it’s a must try. As for their smash burger, it was very juicy and the bun held up well. Food experience complimented with great customer service! Keep up the awesome job lads!”

“20 of us booked here at the end of October for my mums 80th. We booked the buffet option because of the party size. Its more of a set menu that is brought to your table rather than a buffet. The food was excellent and plentiful. We were in the new conservatory room which was made bright for the birthday girl. We took banners and balloons in the morning and the room was decorated and ready for us when we arrived. The staff were great and accomodated the fussy eaters too. All together it was a great evening and mum and dad want to go back again. Thanks to all the staff.”

“Wow what can I say about this place. Its a place that Droylsden has really needed. Its the Rolls Royce of cafes. So much so that I have been their twice in the last 5 days. On both occasions I had the Medium Breakfast and I would definitely score this 10 out of 10. Could not fault anything if I tried. The cleanliness is second to none and the chef/waitress could not do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back very soon. Good luck with this new venture. Xx”

“Got the south Indian garlic which I love but this time I went for the vegetable version for a healthier option and it was great! Also tried the mixed vegetable pilau for a change and oh my gosh it was gorgeous, you could eat it for a meal in itself, it's full of spices and flavour. I was very tired and paid for delivery even though I only live up the street and it came faster than expected which was much appreciated.”

“Been here twice and can't fault the place. The lunch special cheese and onion pie was really tasty. Also had a breakfast Omelette here and would recommend. The staff were friendly and the food prices reasonable. Place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. When ordering I was warned it might be a 20 minute wait however food arrived within 10 minutes. The food was hot, loved the homemade chips and fresh salad. They had a lovely children's corner with colouring books and ramped access at the front door. Only gave 4 stars for the food because they only use 2 eggs for the Omelette which compared to elsewhere is a little stingy. Will return again”

“This excellent traditional Holts pub is now even better since a major refurbishment. It has however retained its very friendly atmosphere with a range of superbly kept beers, together with gin and rum cocktails. Its a classic Manchester pub, very well managed and a great place to spend an evening.”

“Good, honest Thai food. We've lived in the area for about five years and this is the best take away by far. I normally order the Tamarind Duck which is always great but I fancied a change. I tried the Larb Moo (minced pork salad) instead and it was exceptional. I always order the honey spare ribs and Thai fish cakes as sides/starters and they never disappoint. Tom Kha Gai is also great.”

“Great Atmosphere nice friendly people They have a quiz/bingo/play your cards right on Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. On a Tuesday they also put food on I.e. hotdogs or a curry or perhaps a chilli, you can never be sure which.”

“We have just moved into the area and decided to take a chance on this place after a long day of unpacking. What a wonderful evening we had! We were greeted and served by Luize, Kate, and Sue who were all very warm, welcoming, and inviting. The food was gorgeous and exactly what we needed, and the atmosphere was great (I'm an 80s child and to hear lots of the music of the time was just the icing on the cake for me). Firmly think this will be one of our favourite places for the foreseeable future! Thank you guys for making a very hard day that much more bearable!”

“I've had sushi from a few places in Manchester and most have been priced well in excess of Sake. I've eaten from Sake a few times now and each time the sushi has been fresh and flavoursome. The rice is cooked well. Not under or over sticky and prepared just right. I had the 12 piece variety sushi and I had tuna, prawns, mackerel octopus , salmon and a fish I didn't know lol. All very fresh. Was also served with some extras for free. I never comment on food but after so many disappointing sushi bars and restaurants have not met my expectations I think this place deserves a shout out and definitely for me is 5 star for sushi. My son also loves the chicken Ramen soup.”
