“My son and my daughters birthday treat. We didn't book, thee restaurant was busy and we were asked to wait a few minutes whilst a table was being prepared. I ordered the pan fried Salmon, the better half ordered the chicken sizzler, the birthday boy ordered the bang bang and the birthday girl a Chicken burger (yes she's your typical 11 year old. The foodwas geat topped with excellent service from Asad. He treated the birthday twins to the best cheesecake I've ever tasted and a Brownie. Food 10/10 Service 10/10”

“First time visiting and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was excellent ,friendly, attentive, and efficient and the atmosphere was welcoming and well-set. The food was exceptional, with clear attention to quality and flavour. The burgers in particular were outstanding and easily among the best I’ve had in Manchester. An excellent overall experience and a place I would highly recommend.”

“Great big neon signs to attract your attention. We ordered online (no honestly we were on the tram back from Bury) and collected our order when we got off at Heaton Park. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean, theres a few stools in the waiting area. We ordered 2 burgers, chips, cheesy chips and onion rings. When we got home the burgers were wrapped in foil and then greeseproof paper so they were still hot and fresh. The sauce is a little too hot for us but still very nice, onion rings were crispy as were the chips.”

“I don't live in the UK for ten years but here on the news pubs closing in the UK but was in Manchester found this great boozer from friendly staff to great food excellent selection of ciders but best of all the bloody Mary superb so give it a try next time in the UK I'll pop in”

“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“I went in this evening and the team had an assessment going on which obviously would’ve been highly stressful for them as it is with any job having an audit. Despite this the service remained perfect, food was great and minimal interruption. The staff are an absolute credit to the store and even under stressful circumstances and being in a fast paced environment always make time to chat to customers, and it is much appreciated! “Fantastic service. Was welcomed with a smile and no pressure to place my order. Advised me how long it would be then we had a relaxed conversation. The food was well worth the wait. Cooked fresh and full of flavour. Yes it is a little more than McDonald's. But at least the food is warm and you will be supporting a local business. Highly recommend. Will go back.”

“Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. The fries were golden and crispy, the garlic bread was perfectly buttery with just the right amount of bite — but the star of the show was the Fresh Boy Pizza. That pesto? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour. Every bite was a winner. You can tell real care goes into their food. Can’t wait to order again”

“Great experience from start to end. I tried the double smash burger with loaded Chicken fries. Now I’m not a loaded fries fan but this is different; full of natural flavours and not drenched in sauce like many other places, it’s a must try. As for their smash burger, it was very juicy and the bun held up well. Food experience complimented with great customer service! Keep up the awesome job lads!”

“Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

“Booked two tables for a large group for a family baby shower, dim sum being a pre-requisite for the mummy to be. Dim Sum and then some, excellent quality and range of options. Mains were delicious and good size portions for sharing. Staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and will be back!”
