“I really feel for these guys because they do a great job and the food is amazing but I can't see it lasting with the prices. I know it's good quality and better for you but realistically, it's £11.50 for a little prep box or £5.00 for a kebab or pizza next door. When people go out for dinner during work they don't wanna be spending that much when there are much cheaper options. Like I said it's a shame because it's great stuff but way too over priced for dinnertime at work lol”

Spent time with us going over designs to make sure we were happy with everything as it was a big job after knocking a wall out and arranged all the electrics plumbing and plasters. Cupboards and doors all customer made, really good quality and we have had so many positive comments from family and friends about the end result. It was most definitely worth all the mess. “We have no experience of Thai food but just know that the food from here is absolutely delicious. Have only recently discovered Wendy's but each time our food has been fresh, with good portion sizes and packed with our choice of meat and a variety of veggies. Yes it's more expensive than Chinese or Indian takeaway food but so worth it.”

We wanted to add to and adapt our kitchen (ovens and hob replacing aga, lots of electrics, new peninsula, new worktops, rearrangement of some existing cupboards etc.) . Penny not only listened to and understood our needs,but offered constructive advice and importantly didn't tell us "you would be better to replace everything" or "if we move a unit, we can't be sure not to damage it" - both of which we heard from other companies. There was also a refreshing openness about the pricing, so we could judge options properly, which gave us great confidence. Richard, Mick and Warren turned up on exactly the day the install was booked and did a very good and tidy job of fitting everything. We had a minor issue with a plinth heater after the install, but handled appropriately without any fuss. Project was handled well by Penny and Suzie and any queries were always answered very promptly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Byles and I would highly recommend.”

We did not have to queue as there were not many people shopping and we went in and out pretty quickly. Staff is great and they keep the store clean and tidy. Transparent panels are installed at the tills. Wear your masks and we'll get through.”

“I ordered the Lincoln Table with 4 leather chairs, chairs arrived straight away with no issues but unfortunately when the table arrived a week later it was damaged - the box had also been damaged in transit. I contacted the company straight away who apologised and arranged for another table to sent, unfortunately the table was damaged again when I received it although not as badly. Sally arranged for a third table to be sent by private courier and took the second table away. I can honestly say the level of customer service has been excellent, I was contacted and updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service or products I have received. I would definitely buy from them in the future and would hope to actually go to the shop when possible.”

“I have always walked past here because of the reviews i saw on here but because i was craving pizza so bad and passed by, i had to stop and didn't care if it was going to be terrible or not, i just wanted to give it a try. The person who took my order was quite patient and friendly because i didn't know which to order. The only con was that it took longer than expected, but on getting home and i saw the beauty in the box, I no longer bothered about the wait time. It was freshly made, hot & so tasty and it even came with a dip. I loved every bit of it. I just hope when next i visit i will have the same experience.”
