“I cannot praise Cheshire Kitchens highly enough. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, the company has been excellent. We were greeted by Lee and had a really sensible conversation about our ideas, his suggestions, what was possible and what was not. Once we had chosen a kitchen, he produced some plans that captured our own vision perfectly. The fitters, Tom and Darren were also brilliant. They were organised, efficient, and very respectful of our house. They made a great job of it and handled the non-vertical walls, sloping floor, beams and low ceilings really well. The after care was also faultless. For Lee, no challenge was without a solution; he is an amazing problem-solver. He also has an innate ability to understand exactly what you want and translate it into a functional illustration, which immediately lets you know whether your ideas will work in reality. Our new kitchen is just fabulous!”

“We booked The Mews and The South Cottage for 5 nights for our wedding. The cottages were spotless, the interiors were beautiful and the views and ground of the cottages were stunning. It felt like homely luxury! The layout worked really well in terms of the number of bathrooms etc. It was the perfect place to get family and bridesmaids together before the wedding and such a beautiful place to get ready on the wedding morning itself. “Gareth made our fantastic bedroom furniture in 2013. After visiting his amazing 'showroom' we agreed a design for two wardrobes and a chest of drawers which he then created out of English oak and Cedar of Lebanon. Due to restricted access to the bedroom (small cottage) Gareth built the furniture in components and then finished the build in situ. Nothing was too much trouble for him... his only fault being working too hard and finishing up having his lunch at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon! Prior to the furniture he made 4 Oak internal doors and frames for us... again fantastic design and quality. Highly recommended!”

“Me and some friends booked this place for a reunion weekend. The booking process was really easy and communication after booking was spot on. The place was really easy to find and our unit was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was ready to go and the owner showed us how to use it. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and the attention to detail in the entire place was amazing. It was also immaculately clean. This place was a great find and we will for sure come back!!!”

“Working with Chris, Suzy and the team at Byles of Marple was an absolute pleasure, from the first time we walked in to the showroom to the day Richard walked out of our house at the completion of the job. Byles arranged and managed all elements of the project, from working with us during the design (nothing was too much trouble), to providing excellent trades people for all the various aspects of the project. The quality is excellent, you get what you pay for! And the workmanship was of a very high standard. The work meant several rooms and areas of the house being "out of bounds" at the same time, but the team always worked with us to ensure that this never felt a major issue. A pleasant plus was that the end of each day everywhere was swept and all tools and materials tidied away - we never really felt that we were living on a building site. The new Kitchen, Utility and Downstairs WC, has massively transformed our house, and we would most definitely recommend using Byles.”

“Walked in during a rainy day and didn’t wait to get a seat. The food here is fantastic! We had a steak sampler and had a chance to try all their three types of steaks. Sirloin is juicy and fatty while fillet is lean and tender! Our kid ordered a meal too, he’s main highlight is the brownie with ice cream. Although the Google indicate closing at 11, I overheard that they close at 10, just note that.”

“Called in today and had the afternoon tea bought from Groupon . We were met and served by Shadi who was very friendly and her service was the best. The sandwiches and cakes were excellent especially my favourite the Tiramasu . The restaurant was very clean and tastefully decorated . Will definitely return again .”
