She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, giving breaks and explaining things in a way that puts you at ease. We visited on a couple of occasions, once to browse and second time to order. The staff have the right balance of offering help and advice without being overbearing. One thing I liked was the man we ordered with didn't automatically steer us towards the most expensive appliances when we were asking questions to make our decision. He was v helpful and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed when they delivered our washing early for us- the next day after asking -as our old one broke, for no extra charge. Would definitely buy from here again”
