Walking into the showroom was genuinely impressive — it once had hundreds of sofas to choose from, and even now the selection is still fantastic. There were so many styles, colours, and materials available that it really felt like there was something for everyone, whether you’re after something modern, traditional, or just super comfy. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team I spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they know their products well and really care about making sure customers leave happy. After looking around and trying out a few options, I found the perfect sofa, and the whole process from choosing it to arranging delivery was smooth and stress-free. I’m absolutely buzzing to get my new sofa next week — the quality looked amazing, and the price was great too. Overall, my visit to Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore Ashton was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Great selection, amazing staff, and excellent service from start to finish. “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“From the moment we visited this beautiful store the service was perfect. Lots of help and advice from Lauren in choosing our suite which was appreciated and we weren't put under any pressure to buy. We did order a suite and took delivery of it today. Gavin & James were extremely careful both in bringing it into our home and assembling it, taking care not to damage the furniture or our home. The suite was perfect. Fantastic service from start to finish and we would highly recommend this store.”

“We have had a new kitchen installed by Wrights Interiors. From the first point of making contact with the company, they have been absolutely brilliant and so customer focused. Lisa came to our address and discussed what we wanted. We then went to their premises and chose styles, colours, handles and appliances. Both Lisa and Joe were very knowledgeable regarding the whole process. Joe provided us with a quote which was very reasonable. There was no pushy sales pitch and we were given the time to consider our options. We employed Wrights to fully rip out our existing kitchen and supply a full new one, including installing a new ceiling and plastering the walls. Joe kept in contact in the run up to the work starting, which was around one month from first making contact with Wrights. The fitting process from ripping out to finishing up took around a week. The staff doing the fitting and plastering (Phil, Glen and Danny, as well as the gas engineers) were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them, or the company. All of the old kitchen and any rubbish generated was disposed of promptly by Wrights and any issues were quickly ironed out. The whole process went very smoothly and they kept any inconvenience to an absolute minimum. The new kitchen looks brilliant. I would definitely recommend Wrights Interiors, Shaw to others and will definitely use their services again.”

“Not used for a while, but went in for a nosey. Quiet a selection of beds even though it's a small shop, i picked what I wanted a double ottoman, a nice matching headboard. They had a really nice double mattress and then had an even better one, which had a slight mark reduced, bought that. delivered on time, put the bed together, etc, and took our old one away (for a price, which was decent). Would thoroughly recommend Happy Days.”
