“I spoke to Jacky on the phone and she was very polite, I asked for a bunch of flower's for an anniversary and gave her a brief description of what I was after. The next day they was delivered and my partner was extremely happy with them, and I got to seem them and they was beautiful, I've worked in garden centers and worked closely with florists and these were incrediible they was beautifully put together and fresh. The lines had become blurry and I wanted colour putting in, he did the whole lot in one session.. my dragon came to life and had never looked better :) he’s also a nice person who I felt comfortable with, and the place itself is comfortable and hygienic.”

Paul was quick to put me at ease from the initial consultation to actually doing it. It was quick and painless and in and out in under 2 hours. “As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Full of flavour and such a great find here in Manchester. I had ordered the egg curry along with the mushroom xacuti and loved both. The portions are also generous so would highly recommend to people who want to try goan food or just want to be reminded of back home. The couple and their family were also extremely sweet and welcoming. Will 100% order again.”

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”

“I had a snapped/hanging heat shield that was rattling its head off after I hit a speed bump. Spoke to these guys and they booked me in on a day I had already booked off work (within a week). I took my car in today, they inspected and fixed the issue for a great price. All the staff are really helpful and the place seems very well organised (I had my car back within an hour or so). Front of house office was a nice, clean, tidy welcoming place to be, and again, staff very helpful, welcoming and informative. Definitely found my new garage for servicing, MOT and repairs. Thanks guys, really appreciate it!”

“I took my BMW 420i for a drivetrain repair, they were very accommodating and fitted me in urgently even though they were busy. The team are incredibly professional and helpful providing updates throughout the repairs. A pleasure to deal with they completed the repairs the same day I took it in with a very fair price for the service. I will be going here as my regular garage now, Matt’s knowledge on BMWs is superb and this is a trustworthy garage.”

“HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”
