Cayo was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so looked after and valued as a customer. Cayo’s positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made the visit so special. The food, as always, was amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Cayo brought that extra touch of care and joy that made all the difference. Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Cayo — you’re a star! We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”
