“I spoke to Jacky on the phone and she was very polite, I asked for a bunch of flower's for an anniversary and gave her a brief description of what I was after. The next day they was delivered and my partner was extremely happy with them, and I got to seem them and they was beautiful, I've worked in garden centers and worked closely with florists and these were incrediible they was beautifully put together and fresh. “Popped in for a drink before my local club Rushall played Away to Curzon Ashton. Really chilled and relaxed vibe, as well as a fantastic array of music and cool knick knacks adorning the whole shop / bar. Although there is nothing on draught, the owner will happily decant any drink of choice into a cool cold glass. Went for a couple of the German Pilseners including the Jever which went down a treat. Only disappointment was that I didn't have more time to try a few more flavours. Will hopefully make a return in future seasons but well recommended and can imagine it is rightly busy in evenings.”

“The most accommodating and professional service I’ve had for a long time. We travelled from Bristol to Manchester for a family funeral which in itself was stressful enough. The flowers were beautiful and exactly as expected, and delivered exactly at the time agreed. Thank you so much. Excellent service. ❤️”

“Intimate little restaurant serving fabulous food, all cooked on order by owner and Chef, Mandy. The paella is the best I have ever tasted but don't forget to check the specials board as well. When everything is so good it's ideal that it's tapas, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Menu prices are very reasonable and as it's BYOB, you save money bringing your own alcoholic drinks. (Edit ; they charge that small an amount for corkage i never even noticed until they replied to this review) Friendly, attentive staff in a lovely relaxed atmosphere complete the picture, making this one of my favourite places to bring the people that I love. x”

The BEST bread for miles (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - be quick it gets sold out fast) extensive range of fresh coffee beans sold by weight, huge range of craft beers and organic wines, local cheeses, most every spice you can imagine, all your specialist ingredients AND bespoke organic veggie boxes - order via the website! Seriously great shop. Also the flapjacks are top.”

“A lovely traditional park with lots to see and do. The park has good play areas for the little ones which includes a water fountain play area in the summer months. A lovely coffee shop in the centre of the park with an ice cream van present near the play areas for most of the warmer months. There are also bowling greens, a duck pond and aviary with various types of birds to look at. Worth a visit if you're in the area and an excellent way to kill a few hours for free.”

“Been twice recently, once for breakfast once for a carvery. Both time the food was fantastic, hot, fresh and tasty. The chef came over both times making sure everything was OK and had a chat when we had finished our meals, bar staff are lovely and welcoming too. Can't wait to come back for the cheese and onion pie as it looks mega”

“Very good location, large beer garden. Very reasonable priced meals. Staff friendly and welcoming. Loads of offers on food throughout the week, very extensive menu. Plenty of choices. Only downside is if you go via the front entrance my auntie who uses a walking aid can not access the toilets. Other then this we've had a good few lovely meals.”

“Just ordered from foodhub, for the 3rd or 4th time. Service is always good and delivery is prompt. They give a good size portion for the chicken donner and donner on naan - salad is always fresh which is important. Also offer a gluten free menu, which I haven't tried but sounds inclusive. Id recommend this takeaway, enjoyed it every time with leftovers for lunch then next day.”
