Really enjoyed learning about the local culture and history with a knowledgeable tour guide on a range of day trips including wine tasting and visits to Vezelay Abbey and Noyers medieval market town. The food provided by the on-board chef was delicious, as were the local wines and cheeses. A great way to see a beautiful area of France. Would highly recommend.”

“.Excellent, comfortable and well equipped home” from tripadvisor Reviewed 5 Jan 2016 Our family thoroughly enjoyed the month stay at the well located Butterworth Hall. Owners, Judith and David, were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We were welcomed with a Christmas tree, flowers and tasty treats. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is excellent - close to pubs, restaurants, grocery stores and tram to Manchester City Centre. The great WiFi access was important for us to keep in touch. It's very spacious as we hosted dinner for 15 people. I would highly recommended this cottage to anyone needing to stay near Manchester.”
