She understood exactly what I wanted during the consultation and design phase and gave me lots of options to choose from. She is clearly very knowledgable and experienced, which made the whole process stress free. She was also able to advise on a fantastic fitter. The showroom is beautifully presented with lots of inspirational displays, along with a wide range of product to choose from, catering to lots of budgets. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! “I had very bad experience in the past with my ex dentist and when I went to this dental practice I realized that their was a big difference between the two practices. Everyone in phoenix practice was nice and helpful. The dentist himself was brilliant, very professional, and polite.
