“This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. “I had a niggling toothache on my wisdom tooth for a few weeks now i was in pain everytime I took a bite. I rang the emergency dentist and chose this place as they did earlies and I was off work anyway. I drove 50 mins to get there near enough the motorway. Has plenty of parking space. Receptionist was so nice and polite and I paid for my visit and was told to wait for the dentist. The dentist guy was relatively young and very knowledgeable you could tell he cared and he spoke softly and made me feel at ease and supported. Sorry if forgot your names guys I apologise for that I blame my age I am getting on ABIT lol I told him what was wrong and described what kind of pain I was going through. He x-rayed my mouth and also told me that the tooth in question was all but gone as in there is no coming back or restoring to it's good old days. He said it needs pulling out and I was given the option of keeping it or taking it out. As I was in constant pain for the past few years I just couldn't handle that pain for a day longer and told him I wanted it out to which he replied we can do that. Laid me down and gave me anaesthetic numbed the area and literally when ready he took it out painlessly and I literally felt like all my pains gone although I was still under anaesthetic in my mind I was ecstatic. He put a cloth in my mouth and asked me to sit outside for ten mins so my bleeding stopped and he was happy for me to be on my way, that showed he cared for his patients because normally other places they just do the job and say right we are done and off you go but here the standard of care was shown. He the dentist sat me down and gave me very good advice to which I will take on board as I am suffering from gum disease of years of smoking but I've quit got over two years now. Anyway just want to say what a credit the young dentist and his assistant were. So friendly and you can tell it's their passion to help patients. Gave me loads of confidence just by being in the room with them. Kept asking me if I was ok which was so good. Thank you once again guys and it was definitely worth the drive there. I'm in comfort now nomore pain and I will do everything to reverse my gum disease and maintain the rest of my teeths.”

“I have been extremely fortunate to have completed some group training with Romy Graichen on the subject of neurodiversity. I can genuinely say this was the best and most enjoyable training I've ever completed in my 18 years of being a counsellor. Romy has a vast understanding, knowledge and experience in this area, and she passed this onto our group in a rich and informative way. The group I was part of were unanimous in our thinking that Romy had allowed us the time and space to reflect on the information we were receiving, to discuss it and digest it in a thorough manner. We also all agreed that she held the group safely, and steered us with great care through the course. We all felt very supported and Romy modelled how to value everybody perfectly. “I have always been fat. I used to think that I was naturally fat. I was very low emotionally about my weight . Doing anything was a struggle, from bending down to do up my shoes, to getting out of breath just walking up the stairs. My THAT’S ENOUGH moment was in the late summer of 2022 when at a water park I was told that there were not wetsuits in my size – I was devastated and the realisation that I had to change hit me hard! I went home, cried and the opened the laptop and searched Gastric Surgery in the UK! I came across the website for the NOSC. I called and had a chat with Andrew who assured me that I was an ideal candidate for the gastric sleeve. In November 2022 I was a size 24 and weighted in at 17st 11lb! I was booked in for the gastric sleeve and underwent surgery safely here in the UK, in Brentwood, Essex. The surgeon and staff were amazing and the care I received was perfect, and upon my return home, the NOSC support remained outstanding! In February 2024 I settled at a size 10/12 and my weight seems to have settled at 10st 11lb! I HAVE LOST SEVEN STONE! If you don’t believe in the sleeve, you should! It really does work! It’s tough sometimes and mentally I am still occasionally hungry (but that just in my head). Then I look in the mirror and I see a smaller, fitter, healthier and happier woman looking back, and I know I made the right choice, not just for me, but for the whole family! I cannot thank the NOSC team of professionals enough for the care and support I received throughout my weight loss journey with them. If you want my advice, don’t risk travelling abroad. Get all the right care, support and medical attention you need right here in the UK.”
