“For a dog who just tolerates me when i try to brush him (whilst giving me a disapproving side eye), it seems no trouble for Chloe as she does a great job every time grooming him. She always listens to what we ask for and somehow makes my dog look like hes ready for the red carpet, a look we would never been able to achieve in two hours! I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”

“Such lovely ladies and they do a great job. Don't be put off by the salon's modest appearance. I tried the slightly more shiny looking salon nearby and the gel nails chipped within 2 days. Tran Nails take such care and really listen to what you want. My nails have lasted beyond 3 weeks each time I have visited, only had to get them replaced due to growth. Plus an absolute bargain. Highly recommend!!”
