“Popped in to the local Lidl which because of Tesco, asda and Aldi being closer, just never got round to going to Lidl. It's on Broadway next to McDonald's and there's plenty of parking and is easy to get to. Entering the store, there are donuts and croissants displayed on the right with fruits on the left. I found the store very spacious and not busy so managed to wander around freely. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and always smiling. Prices are reasonable but not many offers like you would get in Tesco or Asda. The place I would say is close to the design of Aldi. They also have little cute trolleys for the children which I think is a nice touch. Didn't see any bathroom inside but there's McDonald's across the road so can always use bathrooms there if needed. Will make an effort to come here more often.”

“On a sunny day.. This place is fantastic. Lovely flat grass areas for sports. Running track that's free to use. Gorgeous river running alongside Trim track being built around the side (eventually) When it's wet though. It floods. It's muddy. It's puddly.”

“Such a grand place! Just the other day I went in to B&M only just to buy one item and ended up with a trolley loads goodies, The staff are great and helpful!! Oh! Girls watch out I’m coming in this Sunday with the missus!! So trust me we’ll be coming out with a trolley load of assorts of goodies!! They actually do everything!! I Love this place!!”

“This place has certainly become my go-to option on Uber Eats. Always some decent promotions going on with some food items on half the price. I must say I am always impressed with the packaging and quantity of food. The containers are absolutely loaded up to the brim, and the food is delicious. There are lots of options to choose from from the menu. I love the concept of 3 different gravies on a portion of rice, with each bite having a different taste to it. I have ordered about 4 times already, and I am always craving for more. Their chapatis are bang on. Can't fault much about them, to be honest. If suggestions are asked for, then perhaps they need to improve on their delivery times. Can take up to 100 minutes on a Friday. Also, might also need to hold off on the extra layer of oil added on every portion . It makes the food slightly oily and less clean. Love from barkwell lane”

“Even though we have moved out of Chadderton we still always use this takeaway to get a set meal for 3 (which feeds 4 easily, with leftovers, and is very reasonably priced at £30 odd). The food is well cooked and fresh. It's the best Chinese takeaway I have had. The only slight quibble is that it would be amazing if they could have a few gluten free options, the lady on the phone did not seem to understand the term 'gluten free' and so my coeliac brother in law had to make do with a gluten free egg fried rice and chicken from Mabel's Chippy Middleton via Ubereats, and the chicken was nice but the egg fried rice was flavourless, and it cost as much as our entire set meal for 3!”

“Had a great experience with Furnish365, was worried about the measurements and what the sections would be like size wise, all put at ease by a customer service rep on Email The sofa was delivered and put together by two of the loveliest delivery men who got it all sorted quickly and took all the packaging away with them. Sofa looks lovely and super easy to clean, super happy with how it looks and it’s very comfy :)”

“We had the best camping trip for two nights, toilets and showers were clean and the showers were nice and hot. With gorgeous views, it really was very relaxing where the children had full use of the open field. The owners were helpful and once checked in, we were left to our own devices. There's pubs and parks all within a 5 minute drive away and a big tesco round the corner too. It is just a shame you can't have camp fires as that would have made the evenings that bit better with smores. But regardless we would still definitely revisit again. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”

“I Visited Oldham store few times and each time i was assisted by Darren Murray. He has excellent customer service, so attentive. He listens to customer request and goes the extra bit to help and support my request. He found what I was looking for by looking online on shoeszone website and then tracked shoes in back stock room where as others would simply say sorry not in store/stock. He has a caring attitude with " I'm happy to help"outlook and nothing is too much for him. Each time i go to store i look for him and if I can't see him I feel disappointed as often walk away with the aim to try some other day. I'm happy to travel from Ashton to Oldham even though Ashton does have store all because Darren Murray provides such a nice service..he's great asset to company. He needs recognition for his helpful and friendly service. Thanks Rita Patel”
