Both her and her team are very sweet and accommodating to my sometimes nervous pooch. The service is flexible and easy to book so that it all fits in with what you need. My dog loves his weekly sniffy walks with his new friends.”

Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. “Fabulous place! Staff are so friendly, extremely clean and facilities so so lovely. Lots of machines to use in the gym as well as free weights, pool is always spotless and perfect temperature. All in all a lovely environment. Gym goers are friendly too and helpful, if you're new to the gym! Price of membership definitely worth it for the location and the facilities!”

“After 20 years away from ballet (and off pointe!), I decided to back to adult ballet about 20 kilos heavier and with horribly out of shape arches! Heather's studio is tucked away under a railway bridge so is a little noisy at times, but other than that, it's a gorgeous experience. Heather herself is gentle and sweet, super encouraging (not at all like Madame Pauline when I was young!) and the best thing is: THIS IS A FULLY DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE STUDIO! I wasn't the only person my age (40s), there were all genders (including trans and non-binary people) and ages and colours, which was lovely and welcoming. My class had a working dad in his 50s, who was just as comfy alongside me as the younger, fitter kids. Really loved it and if you can't make it to Salford, Heather offers online courses as well, which are just as challenging and fun!”

“Fast Lane was highly reccomended to myself and I have already paid this forward to my own friends. My son has had lessons from the parent class, to where he is currently in stage 3. Every instructor that has worked with him has been kind, friendly and made sure that he feels safe, supported and happy in the pool. The interactions with the children can not be faulted. My son’s progress has been amazing, that’s thanks to them making sure they teach new skills and give him challenges to practise new techniques. At 3 and a half he is in stage 3 and it’s amazing to see what he is learning each week. Key skills to keep safe are taught straight away and he uses them consciously when swimming with us on holidays. These lessons are part of our routine and I would not take my child anywhere else to learn how to swim. Thank you so much!”

“A friendly, accessible and clean gym with plenty of equipment, a nice pool and spa area and a good range of classes with good, motivated instructors. The changing area is big with lots of showers and space to get changed. I usually go early in the morning before work or on weekends and it’s a nice amount of busy. Not too packed but also not dead.”
