However, a few months ago I took the leap and got intouch with Justina and I do not regret it one bit. We did a consultation, and then completed 5 sessions. Justina is very motivational, understanding, and gets results. I have changed many lifestyle habits already and mentally after each session, I feel great. “We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“Dr Hibbert performed the procedure on my 12 day old daughter today after 3 midwives could not agree if my daughter did in fact have tongue tie. His assessment was professional and comprehensive and he discussed every option available to us. The procedure was performed with proficiency and care and my anxieties were reassured by the directions and advice provided. The after effect was incredible, I had immediate relief of any previous feeding pain/discomfort and my daughter's latch and ability to feed clearly improved. We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. “I own a new build apartment, with a Ventilation system, its super important the vent system is regularly serviced, to prevent humidity, damp and to ensure correct air flow. Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! Dillon called out to do my service on Monday. may I commend Dillon he is a great asset to your business, he was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and communicative. My home is currently occupied by a family from oversees who have come to the UK on the resettlement scheme and are often nervous about visitors. Dillon instantly put them at ease. Thank you. “Our dog had a mysterious limp which turned out to be elbow dysplasia. We had a few appointments with Steve at MVS referred over from our usual vet. Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. We’d definitely go back. Shout out to the friendly staff on reception too, who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.”

Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. We will most definitely be using these wonderful Kennels again and can't recommend them enough 10/10”
