“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. “Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.”

“We ordered our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Stockport. We could look at the displays at our leisure, with help and advice if needed. The planning was done in-store, which took into account our wishes together with advice from staff. The kitchen was ordered but could be delayed by ourselves if we had any hold-ups, which we did. This was helpful as we didn’t have to store the kitchen prior to installation. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Any small problems were quickly solved by the staff, who were polite and attentive at all times. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it is excellent quality, with lots of useful features. Also we feel reasonably priced for the type of kitchen we’ve had. Would highly recommend.”

Dougie gets to walk and socialise with other dogs and loves all of the walkers but especially Jackie, who is his regular walker. We've also used the boarding service which is second to none. The online service is easy to use and allows flexibility to schedule and cancel walks as necessary. “Our experience with JLR Joinery was excellent from start to finish. On visiting the showroom we were given in-depth information about the doors available, the process , cost and timescales. This was done in a relaxed manner without us feeling pressured. A measure was done the next day and we had received a text informing us of the time in a one hour window. We received a same day estimate and payment schedule with a final payment expected on completion. Any questions were dealt with quickly and professionally which was very reassuring. “The shop - Walked in. It was clean and trendy looking. They had a games machine you could play on whilst waiting. Seating area was very comfortable. The Barber - Sami was my barber. Very friendly. Decent guy. Conversation was good and he knew his stuff. The Cut - I wanted a bald head and the beard tidying up. Sami sorted that out. Made sure my head was smooth and tidied up the beard nicely. He really put a lot of attention into the beard and when I asked him to change a bit of it, he was more than happy to help. The Price - For what I had I thought the price was awesome to be honest. The rest of the price list was actually pretty good. Overall experience and would you recommend - All the guys were friendly, but Sami made my first experience of 'In the Cut' a decent one. I will be back, and I strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants a decent cut by a team of guys who know their stuff in a trendy environment with a set of high-quality equipment and something that's not going to break the bank balance.
