“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. Can’t thank Georgia for enough. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much.”

“Ben is absolutely amazing. We contacted him to do house visits with our 1.8 month old dog and our puppy as we were at work. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust. She now loves him and approaches him enthusiastically. Would 100% recommend him. He's extremely professional as he takes care of both yours and your dogs needs and is very flexible.”
