“Just called and spoke to a very nice lady asking if they had a certain paint in for my daughters bedroom I bought a tub a while back she put me on hold and when she came back they had none in and I really needed another one to finish my daughters room off so she took my number and said she will ring a different store where she was working tomorrow and if they had one in she would ask them to save it and she would pick it up gor me and bring it into the middleton store on Saturday when dhes next in for me to pick up that is first class help I really dont know of anyone else that would do thst as I dont drive what great customer service I can now finish my daughters room on Saturday and ill have one happy child a big thanks to the lady who delt with my phone call and thankyou to poundstrecher”

“Great food as always from M and S. There were a number of special offers on when we were there. A number of products were reduced so it was excellent value. There is access for disabled visitors, prams and buggies. The staff here are very helpful and polite. There are meals for one and for families too. This is a good store to keep top up your shopping on your way home.”

The staff were super helpful and friendly and even suggested to me i can come back and pick some sunglasses for half price which i did a couple weeks later. “Naomi groomed both my Miniature Schnausers. This was only the second time they'd been professionally groomed (first time by someone else )so I was unsure how they would react. I can honestly say right from the start, Naomi made a big fuss of the dogs, petting and talking to them and I think this helped to calm any nervousness. They looked and smelt amazing when I picked them up. Naomi did a fantastic job and even popped a colour co ordinated bow on each collar, which I thought was a lovely, personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naomi, she is friendly and professional and made a sometimes anxious experience a very calm and pleasant one!”
