The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. Nothing is to much trouble.Any alterations get sorted, any issues , they help.The girls and locums all go above and beyond. They have helped me out alot over the years. Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”
