“i was recommended boots options middleton by my friend, and i was not disappointed. The process was super quick and as someone who wears glasses full time there are so many different options. The staff were super helpful and friendly and even suggested to me i can come back and pick some sunglasses for half price which i did a couple weeks later. “Naomi groomed both my Miniature Schnausers. This was only the second time they'd been professionally groomed (first time by someone else )so I was unsure how they would react. I can honestly say right from the start, Naomi made a big fuss of the dogs, petting and talking to them and I think this helped to calm any nervousness. They looked and smelt amazing when I picked them up. Naomi did a fantastic job and even popped a colour co ordinated bow on each collar, which I thought was a lovely, personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naomi, she is friendly and professional and made a sometimes anxious experience a very calm and pleasant one!”
