They had a cold once we got them home and Pets at Home took them to the vets in the shop, got them both treatment and paid for everything, such superb customer and pet service :) We now go here for all the piggy requirements.”

“Such a lovely place to see Alpacas up close. Claire was really knowledgeable and the alpacas were really friendly. Lovely setting too. Easy to find with what 3 words. Great to be able to feed the animals and stroke them. Claire clearly cared a lot about the animals and making sure they were well fed, clean and looked after. Good value for money in a group.”

“Our kitten Louie has stayed here twice now with a third time booked in. The owner Heidi is so lovely, kind and incredibly accommodating and takes such good care of all the animals! The pens are very spacious and have lots of toys to keep them entertained. We know he’s in safe hands and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“The best person to leave your dog with! I can’t say enough good things about Debby and how great she has been at looking after my puppy George. He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don’t have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby’s reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it’s another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby’s house is it’s George’s second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn’t recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!”

“Ralph has been with Rachels dog walking group since the start of September, They have been brilliant with him, keeping us updated of his progress. Ralph joins the group at least 3 times a week and he looks so happy in photos that are shared in the evening.I fully recommend Rachel and her team - a fun, professional and friendly service. “Simply the best cattery you can imagine. We visited many potential catteries before choosing Cuddles, some very nice ones, but non came close and we were not disappointed. The facilities are fantastic, the best we viewed, but what really stands Cuddles apart are the two wonderful owners, Gail and Steve. They love cats, have five of their own, the care and affection they show to all their boarders made us feel secure in leaving our two with them for a whole three weeks. They even kept us in touch with photos and videos! Five stars, because you cannot give six, and a huge thank you.”

“I have been taking my dogs and previous dogs here for years. They look after my dogs like they are one of their own. The best moments for me are when I drop them off and see how excited they are to see everyone. They are so very happy to leave me and go off with them, that is the biggest reassurance I could ask for. Highly recommend!”

I had booked an appointment to take my new Greek rescue dog to see them but, when she arrived, she was very stinky so I asked them to move the appointment forward. They fit her in that very same day! Every time she’s been elsewhere I’ve not been happy with her groom as she’s a bichon, so I was nervous but when I saw her I nearly cried with happiness! I’ve never seen her with a cut this PERFECT!! She looks like a totally different dog! We are all in love with the way she’s been groomed! She was incredibly clean & smelt absolutely gorgeous! This is where we are here to stay for the future! “We had a great time here, we stayed in Cabin 1 and it was so peaceful. We had our 7 month old to think about and this worked well as we could have dinner and relax in the evening and she could sleep in the cot in the bedroom and we wouldn't disturb here like we would in a hotel in one room. Staff were lovely and friendly and the site was clean. Hot tub was great to chill in the sunshine. Lovely walks around Dovestone Reservoir just a stones throw away. Have already recommended to family and would absolutely recommend again particularly for young families who like lots of countryside walks and exploring the local area.”

“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”
