“I appreciate that others may have had a poor experience, however, I found that Abdul, the gentleman at the counter, was understanding, helpful and respectful. Having forgotten my inhaler at home whilst on business in Manchester, he guided me through the NHS 111 online service and arranged for the medication that I needed to be provided. The pharmacist, Muhammad, was equally professional and respectful. Based on my experience, I think the staff and service are excellent and I had no problem whatsoever with the people that I dealt with.”

“I came here a few weeks ago. I phoned all the out of hours pharmacies in the Salford area who did not stock the drug my partner needed. He was really ill. I phoned here last and the pharmacist was brilliant and confirmed they had it. He was really professional and friendly offering directions. Got to the pharmacy and the pharmacist served me. He was lovely. I would definitely use this pharmacy again and i'm very grateful they were fully stocked. The out of hours pharmacy where I live never has anything you need in stock.”
