“Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.”

I have been in face to face for appointments as well as use their online system and had telephone appointments. All of which I found easy to use and was seen quickly. Just recently I submitted an appointment request online and thought it would all be sorted online (previously I was asked to send photos prior to medication being prescribed.
