“Only been a few times but staff seem very efficient. Was having a nightmare with Tesco pharmacy as they wouldn't dispense teva brand thyroxine. Kept telling me it was GP error and vice versa. Changed to scout moor and no issue at all. All my levo is Teva which is great as I do feel better on that brand of medication. Love the other bits and bobs for sale in the pharmacy and the lay out works. They also have seating for those who need to sit down while they wait.”

“My doctors are very slow and often forget to do my prescription but this pharmacy is the best one I've been to and they are on top of chasing them up and message when my prescription is ready and are all very friendly and empathetic. “I’m very happy with the service I receive from Bramhall Health Centre. I’ve been with them since 1982. After Covid things were not good for a while but I think that applied to all GP practices and I know a lot of people left then. However everything is back on track and both receptionists, nurses, physios and GPs are very helpful and efficient. They were amazing when I desperately needed urgent care. I’m glad I stayed with them and highly recommend. Five stars from me and a big thank you .”
