Really excellent customer service, and even though shut on Saturday, they have made arrangements for me to access equipment (helmets) I intend to try on for size (before buying) at another venue. So fast forward to Saturday, and I met up with UK Lacrosse at a Box Lacrosse competition in Macclesfield, again as stated, they bought along a few helmets for me to try out. Once settled on one, I was quite happy to place my order online and wait, but knowing that I needed it for Monday, they actually drove to their shop with me, opened up (despite being closed of a weekend) and let me complete the transaction and walk away with my new helmet. Excellent shop, excellent customer service, I’ll be back again, and advise everyone to utilise this gem of a store/company.”
