“Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon”

“Cargo was fantastic! We visited a couple of weeks ago for a friends birthday after a mess-up with our booking to Bingo Balls. Caitlin was amazing! She arranged drinks in the sum of our purchase price and Bingo Balls and looked after us while we were at the venue. The staff were all lovely, but Caitlin really went above and beyond (she deserves a pay rise!) The cocktails were fantastic!! With it being a sunny day, we also got to take advantage of the outside area! We will definitely be visiting again on our next visit to Manchester!”

“My friend recommended bijou and have been going for awhile now, I’ve been other places too but I love bijou and went there for New Year’s Eve. Booked a table for New Year’s Eve this was very reasonable in comparison to other places. The place was sooo packed it was a great vibe, everyone looked so glamorous and a friendly crowd. Place - looked amazing, love the decor, style different rooms spacious place. The bouncers even thou so busy were really nice and chatty and made me feel welcome. Drinks selection is always on point there. Staff really attentive and nice and didn’t have to wait long for drinks.”

“The staff are fantastic at this hotel. I stayed with my dog and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from some of the other rooms but nothing too bad. Mainly young people enjoying themselves so it quietened down after a minute or so.”

“Came here for the first time towards the end of March. Girls weekend away for my birthday and we all fell in love with this place! Had such a laugh with the DJ and a good sing and a dance with all the best music! The doorstaff were fantastic! Had a bit of an issue and they resolved it right away and were fabulous for the entire night! We went on to find somewhere else with wanting to experience Manchester for all it was worth but ended up coming straight back because of how amazing the staff were! Will deffo be a go to for our girls weekends in future!”

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with a neat and well-arranged seating layout. The environment felt comfortable and relaxed, and from what I could see, other guests clearly enjoyed their meals.
