“After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. “There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. We honestly couldn't ask for anyone better to groom our girl. Mandy is just flawless and such a warm and kind lady. (Seeing little Arthur on our visits too is just the cherry on top! He's gorgeous!) “Second time here first time just as amazing as the first! Food is exceptional and portions are amazing! Food made fresh ...no pre packed or reheated food here which in itself is refreshing! Staff are very friendly and helpful and atmosphere is fab! Could not finish all my food and they happily put it in take away box for me! I enjoyed it again that much i will be going back again this week with my children! My new favourite place would highly reommend”

“Took our 13 week old Shih Tzu puppy to see Emily and so glad that we did. It was important that he had a positive experience of his first puppy groom and that was certainly the case and he was treated exactly as we wanted him to be.
