From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders. “My twins have loved their time at Mini Miners nursery. It didn't take them long to settle in as all the staff are lovely. The staff are great with communication, keeping parents updated in the WhatsApp group, sharing pictures of the multiple activities which the children have been up to. I'll be sad to see my twins leave this week and I'm sure my twins will miss it too, as they've always looked forward to attending each day and always come home telling me all the lovely things they've been up to with their friends. “I am so pleased I chose this unique nursery for my daughter. She loves her days here, even when she is a bit apprehensive to leave me the ladies are so lovely and quick to update the baby's days app with pictures of all the interesting things she is getting up to, which puts my mind at ease. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it, different to other nurseries in the area. The updates you receive on the app throughout the day are reassuring which are then backed up by the big smile on my daughters face when I pick her up and the stories she has to tell me about her day. The singing, painting and puddings after lunch are some of her favourite things. I would definitely recommend the Yellow Door nursery, Michele and her Team!”

“Our son completed all his GCSE’s with the Intuition Centre in Heald Green across 2 years and he could not have had a better experience. We are a clinically vulnerable family and the exam officer Shabir was an absolute angel. He went over and above for our family to make sure that our son could sit exams safely and nothing was too much trouble. He was understanding, kind, diligent and supportive at a time when so many people like us are struggling so much. No other exam centres would help us and I called so many. Our son would have really struggled to sit any exams at all without Shabir and the Intuition team supporting us. They understandably get quite busy so please be aware of that but honestly if you need to sit private exams this is the place. We can never thank them enough for all they have done for us and our son is now doing A levels and planning what he wants to do next. Without the Intuition centre it would be a very different picture. Fantastic people who genuinely care and that is becoming rarer these days. Huge 5 stars from us”

“Dr Lianne is the best teacher for Interpersonal Skills. All her tips are beyond helpful. Her positive attitude will make you think that this exam is doable. She has a wonderful gift to teach her students in a very engaging way. Her mocks are very good with the right reviews. For all Plabbers, this is my advice - no academy can compare to what she and her whole team can help you do. This exam is all about performance- on that particular day -i hope everyone will have a great exam experience on their respective days by God's grace. And for that,get your IPS Skills up and Dr. Lianne is the best place to go. And it is common knowledge that having a good IPS is key for this exam.”

“My 6-year-old daughter took part in a 4-day holiday club at Little Voices this summer. Despite it being her first time there and not knowing any of the other children beforehand, she came running out on the first day with a big smile, excitedly sharing stories about her "new friends!" At the end of the week, parents were invited to watch the children's performance, and it was truly remarkable! Every child had a chance to shine in their own unique way, which was delightful to watch. Little Voices is such a nurturing environment and there was absolutely no pressure on the children over the 4 days, as some might worry about; the focus was on having fun—and my daughter certainly did that! My sons developed in so many ways , he can be quite stubborn at the best of times , standards here are super high and work with every single child needs no matter how high or how low. Staff are incredibly on form with teaching and how they run things and have a very highly standard of professionalism which you can see. They are open and honest with each parent . Reporting back each day if anything needs to be addressed or reported. There on form with everything. Highly recommended nursery for your child to go too especially if your wanting a nursery for your child with such high standards of learning and still at the same time as your child being able to still be a child at the same time”
