“As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. She sought out what my skin concerns were and recommended what facial would be best for me. The outcome being refreshed feeling skin which has left me looking radiant. I expected a bit of a simple, quick service being later but Shelly was friendly, listened to what kind of style I like and took her time. The result was lovely, and such a contrast to my previous experience at the other salon. All the ladies there seem to genuinely help each other, and created a lovely atmosphere. “I would like to thank Dexter's for advice - we have a young rescue cat who has been hungry all the time, even straight after food, waking up very early. The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing. She is more relaxed, playful and not demanding food all the time. She sleeps all night which is a huge bonus. Please visit for food, toys and advice.”
