“Just called and spoke to a very nice lady asking if they had a certain paint in for my daughters bedroom I bought a tub a while back she put me on hold and when she came back they had none in and I really needed another one to finish my daughters room off so she took my number and said she will ring a different store where she was working tomorrow and if they had one in she would ask them to save it and she would pick it up gor me and bring it into the middleton store on Saturday when dhes next in for me to pick up that is first class help I really dont know of anyone else that would do thst as I dont drive what great customer service I can now finish my daughters room on Saturday and ill have one happy child a big thanks to the lady who delt with my phone call and thankyou to poundstrecher”

“My mum has dementia on Saturday she had a terrible accident and unfortunately she soiled the carpets during the accident. I did my best to clean as much of the mess as possible. However the stains smell etc remained. I did a search and came up with this chap. Nearly Christmas he made an appointment sorted the carpets smelled lovely afterwards clean and you would never know anything occurred.
