“Whereas the store is well stocked with lots of items available at a good price, I have had the misfortune of being served by the same checkout assistant twice recently - neither of which was a pleasant experience. The first time, I was overcharged as an item was scanned too many times and I had to chase her round the store to get it corrected. The second time (today), I asked for bags which she opened angrily and then virtually threw at me. Not only that, I went to take my receipt and she repeatedly moved her hand away from me as she wasn’t concentrating. I can’t think of any reason why this behaviour was needed and so I think a bit of customer service training would be appropriate. Edit: Today I decided to give Quality Save another go as a member of my family said that they had been very impressed with the customer service after their visit late last week. I can honestly say there has been a vast improvement in the quality of customer service. A lovely member of staff went above and beyond to help me find hot water bottles today so I’m now sat nice and warm with a Quality Save hot water bottle...great value and great service! New update: The staff at this branch deserve a medal for working in such foul smelling conditions this morning caused by the work to the new business next door. As a customer, I felt sick and couldn’t stop coughing...but at least I was able to leave quite swiftly. The toxic fumes can’t have been doing their health any good at all.”

People usually love the gifts given by me and they think it's an expensive present. They have no idea about my secret. Nice gifts, cheap prices.”

First he tried to find some off cuts to save me some money which I thought was really nice but end up selling me a quarter panel and cutting to size for me it was the best price and really good service thanks once again I highly recommend them”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I will 100% be using these again in the future! Thank you!”

Very reasonably priced - bargains even like in the name. Selling a mix of premium and own brands. On street parking in front of, or car parks nearby.”

“I recently visited the Home Bargains store in Manchester and was very impressed with the selection of goods on offer and the prices. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products, including homewares, toiletries, electronics, and toys. I was particularly impressed with the selection of homewares, which included everything from furniture to kitchenware.
