“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). “We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “We had a blocked down-pipe which constantly overflowed down the side of the house when heavy rain threatening damp problems. Had employed previous roof contractors who supposedly 'fixed' the problem only for it to reoccur as soon as it stated raining. Once contacted, David came round promptly and immediately worked out the actual cause which was due to an incorrectly fitted joining side-pipe from a boiler installation by British Gas. He completed the replacement and made time to clearly explain all he had done. The quality of his work and attention to detail was of a high quality. The price for this was really reasonable. Problem is now solved and really happy with his repair. Would most definitely recommend, especially since our experience with previous roofing services.”
