In all the years I've been coming to Wagamama Media City, the team has been absolutely amazing. It's often a bit quieter than it should be, but honestly, the customer service is bang on—they are so attentive and welcoming! ​I went with a classic this time: one of their donburi rice dishes, a side of gyoza, and a few extra chilies to spice things up, and I was sorted! They go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after, and they even adjust the food to fit my needs without me having to ask twice. It honestly feels like home. What touched me the most? Doner kebab is full of meat (never has bones in it) and the salad is always fresh. Fries are always seasoned nicely. Chicken wrap is also full of meat. This is the go to chicken shop on langworthy”

“To me, it is one of the best branches of Nero’s in the country. All the baristas here are decent and make tasty coffee and also very friendly. The menu was taken on 13 Apr 2024. Quiet, nice and cozy ambience. There are also four or five tables outside at the front and a couple more tables at the back. There are a few pay-at-machine parking spaces just outside the cafe and also two or three (non-free) parking lots around. (Browncross Street Car park is an expensive place and you might want to use Si P Spaw Street Arches Car park which is much cheaper. However, it is not so obvious where the boundary lies between the two car parks so watch out for it as there seem to be many people who got fined for wrong parking there.)”

“So pleased I've discovered the atmosphere bar. Located within the university house this is the university's main SU bar but also well used by Peel Park visitors. The bar is located on the first floor of the building and is easily missed if you don't know it's there. Once inside there are three distinct and different parts of the bar. Firstly the main bar and largest space is like a sports bar with plenty of screens to watch live sporting events. Secondly, there is a games bar with pool tables and retro arcade games and darts. Thirdly there is a mezzanine floor which carries a whole different decor and vibe. Much more intermate and lounge like you can easily find your own space to work or have a private drink. I didn't sample the food but it appeared to be very good value for money. The beer selection was excellent and very well priced. £3.80 for a pint of Guinness and £3.70 for a pint of Madri. The Guinness was excellent too. When I'm next in Peel Park I'll certainly pay a visit to Atmosphere.”

“This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth! The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.”

Large screen showing the news channel so you can catch up on what's going on around the world while eating. Or you can view the River Orwell on one side & watch the cruise boats passing by.”

“My absolute go to Chinese in the area. The portions are very well sized for the money and most dishes come with the rice or chips included. The food is always very hot and well presented. The fire chow mein and seaweed is our favourite! Definitely recommend as the best Chinese in the area, and we love supporting local.”

“Been enjoying roast meats all over Asia for the past 40 years. My first time at Park View ordering 3 meats and rice was spectacular, l portions were double than l would normally get from Manchester. The flavour of meats was better than expected they did not disappoint, l would not hesitate in recommending there restaurant.(l,ll be back)”
