“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“I have been shopping here recently mainly for Indian groceries. They are very polite and courteous towards customers and the groceries that we got are quite fresh and are of good quality. I’ve dealt with the manager before and he was very pleasant and professional.
