“I am neither a tenant or landlord at Brentwood lettings. I am currently in the process of moving home. That process nearly came to a heart breaking stop due to a survey that had exaggerated issues that needed to be repaired in my property. Scaring my buyers to pull out and putting the whole process at risk. Having had greatly positive dealings with the guys at Brentwood before, I contacted them in a bit of a panic. The team responsible for maintenance/repairs/building projects not only reassured me that the issues would be repaired, they also surveyed the house themselves and exposed the previous survey to be inaccurate. “My husband and I have just spent 7 lovely nights here. It was easy to book with Matthews help and to check in with Colins help. The building and grounds are spotless with ongoing touches to the interior and exterior eg planting by gardeners etc and recent paint job. The bed, bedclothes , towels, shower, loo, even loo rolls n washing up liquid, tv, microwave n kettle, bedside light etc were all pretty good and most importantly the fire doors and signage made us feel safe.”

Usually the next morning. Ending my tenancy was quite hassle free as well as I moved to a larger property. Great landlords/agents overall and would rent from them again.”

“I’ve been with Sam Properties for the past three years. They were very responsive and quick with any repairs and replacements. Every time I had an issue with anything, they resolved in a few days. I never had any issue with the team and they agreed to every request I had. And in the move out time, I cleaned the property as best I could, they checked and noted that a few spot was missing so I cleaned and fixed thise spots and after that I received my deposit money in full in less than a week. Overall I was happy with the service they provided, and I believe if you are clean and responsible for the property you are renting they also respect and appreciate you.”
