“Absolutly brillient! I phoned early Monday morning with an abscess on a molar. I was seeing Paul soon after 11am. At the risk of making him blush he was so good. Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth.
