“Made a last minute appointment for acrylic nails and gel toes. The booking process was unbelievably easy and seamless. I was greeted by Tugba who was very welcoming. I felt at ease throughout the whole appointment by Tugba and the rest of the salon staff who were also so polite. I absolutely loved the result of my acrylic nails and gel toes. I’m on my 2nd week of having them done and they are still perfect. I will defiantly be back for infills and possibly more treatments. Would highly recommend.”

“The food here was so good! I’ve tried a few Greek places recently and they were a bit of a letdown, but this might honestly be the best Greek spot I’ve been to. Everything was delicious and fresh. Kosta and the team were super nice — we even had a great chat while waiting for our food. You can really tell they care about what they do. Highly recommend!”

Stacey who did my hair was absolutely amazing she listened to what I wanted being done after I showed her a picture of my style and I was amazed and over the moon with it I finally found someone who did exactly what I asked for. “I generally leave getting a hair cut until I look like Rasputin`s scruffier brother, maybe 9 months or more or until it gets so hard to live with I am forced into it. The last barber looked out of his depth asked what I wanted, in a barber shop! " A haircut " I replied. " Do you want it layered and that"! cause you will have to go to a stylist, I`m not messing about with scissors. !!! I promptly left before he could mess about with anything. A happy ending to this sad tale -- I found KINGS BRITISH BARBER SHOP, a REAL barber! A great cut, this man is a professional, confident no messing about knew exactly what to do, I am delighted with the cut the polite service, and the pensioner rate £££, not the 10 I have been paying. I will go again and would recommend.”

“Friendly barber who listens to what you want, very patient with children. He cuts my sons hair exactly how I like it. I have been taking my son here since he had his first haircut. We have moved out the area and I am still bringing him here as you can’t get a better haircut or a better service elsewhere.”

“A wonderful pub with fantastic food. Been here a few times and it never disappoints. The owners /staff are attentive and very welcoming. They have a great variety of beers, spirits and authentic Japanese sake and gins etc and also green tea, coffee for the non beer drinkers. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. I’ve taken a few friends and family here and they’re bowled over with the food. My Japanese friend have said it’s the best tempura she has had in the UK. Looking forward to the expansion to the beer garden in the back as well.”

“Had mine and my daughter's hair done by Sharna. Can't rate her highly enough. She put my daughter at ease who can be very shy, and had her talking which she doesn't normally do. My daughter had wash, cut and blow dry and I had cut and blow dry. Both had it curled and mine cut short. Booked in for daughter's prom and I will definitely book again. Highly recommended”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”
