I forget it's there sometimes and go to the big chains but these local people will have the same type of stuff but likely better quality and cheaper.”

He took charge of clearing everything, put us in contact with brilliant tradesmen (electrician, plumber, plasterer) and took charge of all the decorating , tiling and joinery.
