A massive thanks to Belen and all the staff, they were all brilliant and went above and beyond . We had a hot and cold buffet, the food was delicious, all home made, the sandwiches were really fre”

“Ordered 2 kebabs at 18.10. Didn’t come until 19.45 but didn’t realise how bad the weather was until I opened the door. Felt for the driver. Good size portions, donner was lovely. Chicken was a little dry and would prefer salad and sauce to be put on kebab rather than have to do it ourselves but small things. Used Naga a lot and tonight hasn’t put me off.”

“I needed a new tyre (emergency) and had only 15 minutes to go to my shift. In my mind, it supposed to take half an hour or so to sort it out. After explaining my situation they were like “say no more” “we have got you”. And then, within 4 minutes the new tyre was fitted. Amazing!!! I thanked the guy for being very quick about it and he said “no problem, we are Kwik Fit”. Proper Legends!”

“I love this store and all the members off staff apart from one. ANDREW he is rude, bad mannered and has treated not just me but two other family members like dirt. How he has the right to treat people this way I'm not to sure. To make this store perfect he needs removing. He is the only one that doesn't make my experience at the store a pleasant one. “Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!”

“I only use the sauna and the steam cabin usually (when I have time for a visit), but far the best of all Village Gyms in Manchester, even if this is a bit smaller. Nice and calm atmosphere and very kind staff.”

“We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. “My little one has been going here for a year now and honestly its the nicest nursery. If your kid is outdoorsey this is perfect place as the kids go out for walks round the park and play out a lot. The girls looking after the kids are amazing and attention to detail to each kids needs are looked after well. Would reccomend.”

Looking as an outsider ...it's not good ...staff complacent to the children's lives whether it is bullying or illness mental or physical there's a feeling that they just don't give a dam...as long as it dosent happen on school grounds ..seems they don't teach morals anymore either just the curriculum..collect their paycheck and forget about their pupils ..time to pull their socks up..”
