“Absolutely amazing I had a dental emergency literally on my way to the airport yesterday. Went into the surgery on my way to the airport unannounced to see if they could help. The friendliest most help team of ladies at the front desk did everything to accommodate me. The dental team saw me with in 20 minutes and sorted out my issues. From time of arrival to walking out the front door was literally 30 minutes. I can honestly say best customer service and dental treatment ever. Thanks guys so much I really really appreciate it.”

“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “Had my B47 in yesterday for its timing chain, where to start, I've followed ADC for a couple of years and knew from seeing their posts how good they are at what they do. But as i have now experienced their services I can honestly say, the trip from South Wales for a same day timing chain replacement was worth the 500 mile round trip. Their pricing is by far the cheapest in the UK from when I was researching and they manage to still use genuine parts and keep the cost down for customers which is credit to them. The guys in the garage are incredibly effective and efficient in what they do. My bmw hasn't run this well and smoothly in years and as its almost on 200k it feels like it did when I first got it, they even noticed another issue while dealing with the chain which I didn't know and sorted it for me without issue. If your considering using ADC for work just book in you won't be disappointed they know these cars Inside out and what they dont know isnt worth knowing. Anything major in the future my car will absolutely be coming here for the work to be done. Thanks guys for sorting the chain and exhaust out. 5**”

“100% trustworthy auto repair service. These people were outstanding with my latest issue. My car went into limp mode on the M61 due to an air leak. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. “XXXXxxxx____I loved The Service From This Garage____xxxxXXXX I took my car to this Vehicle Body Repair Shop, I met Ozzy he welcomed me and I explained my demise, we went out of the shop as he wanted to see the vehicle to assess the damage. He gave me professional guidance and advice which stood out for me:- 1) He raised a quotation and contacted the insurer directly (which took a lot of hustle of me). 2) He contacted me to give me updates from the agreement with the insurer to when I was supposed to bring the vehicle. 3) The day I was given to collect the vehicle was the agreed day and the vehicle was cleaned, polished and ready to be driven off. 4) After a week I received a communication just checking if everything is okay and I was happy with the service. (This was them going above and beyond).”
