I know Jensen looks forward to it every saturday.”

I’d had a bad experience in the past so was quite reluctant to try again but after reading reviews and speaking with Dawn on the phone I decided to give it a go again. “To the best care team in the business, I am writing to you to make you aware of the absolute credit the staff on this ward are to the NHS! After my partner being admitted for 24hours the care was fantastic around the clock. From pre and post op assessments and medications to care and compassion given, we can not fault anybody what so ever. In particular the support worker Nicky(or Vicky) and the nurse Louise(or Leanne) these ladies were exceptional in caring for my partner during a very sensitive procedure. I would just like to send my gratitude and thanks to them and the rest of the team as I know from experience in the field myself it's no single person, but the multiple professionals that contribute to the care provided. The other departments are not over looked either the doctor and anaesthetist were also amazing I just couldn't possibly remember all the names (evidently!) Ps apologies for the possible name mix up it has been a very long 24hrs however I absolutely needed to send my thanks and praise to this department. I hope this email reaches them so they are reminded just how incredible and important they are in the roles they do everyday! Many thanks From an extremely grateful patient and partner! “I can not recommend Petpals Poynton and Stockport East more highly! They have been looking after our cat Mavis for over 3 years. She’s an old girl and needs a lot more attention than most other cats, as she needs medicine administered twice a day. Petpals are so gentle with her, give us regular updates when we’re away and are reasonably priced. It is so very reassuring to know that our cat is so well cared for. Lynda and Ian even go out of their way to bring our bins in which is very kind. I can’t underestimate how lucky we feel to have found this company and how reliable and helpful Lynda and Ian are. If you have any pet caring needs they should be your first port of call!”

“I was admitted to SDEC, assessed quickly and transferred to AMU for overnight assessment. The day after I was fitted with a pacemaker in the morning and came home in the afternoon. I was given excellent care and attention in all departments. I had no delays. I was also expecting the food not to be good but it was fine with choices for every meal. Thank you to all at Stepping hill, especially ward A in the AMU and the surgical team”

“Amazing nursery. My youngest child has just started in January. This is now my 2nd child to attending stepping stones. This setting is amazing and the level of care is fantastic. Both my children have been so happy, which has made my life so much easier, as a parent it’s very hard to leave your children but the staff at stepping stones always make this so much easier for me. My children love the Stepping stones staff, my eldest child who now attends primary school still wants to stay with the ladies on drop off and collection. Thank you for all you do for my daughter.”
