“Great experience! Toaday was Our first time at Redds hair and beauty for myself (46)and my daughter (18). We both had a cut and blow dry, restyle. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members and they give the salon a very friendly relaxed feel. I cannot recommend this salon enough.”

“I love this place, what an absolute gem. Been going here for years and it’s always like coming home to friends. My nails are always perfect. The audacity of some young girls leaving bad reviews for gorgeous small local businesses is laughable! Please ignore the teenagers in the reviews, they seemingly got upset because they don’t understand the need for local businesses to put in place cancellation policies, to protect the income of their staff. And then the friends of this girl started a pile on! Shame on them. Please respect local business policies girls, don’t hurt such a great place with your lies. Let’s be kind. :)”

“I had a deluxe pedicure and it was hands down, the best ive ever had! Gaia was brilliant with the chiropody,and Annalisa did a beautiful Polish on my toes. The manager Marissa was lovely too and made sure everything ran smoothly. In true calamity jane style,I accidentally pressed a button on the chair and it tipped the spa bath over and ended with a flood. All the team came to the rescue and were lovely about it. They laughed and kept the atmosphere light and funny. Thankyou ladies. I will definitely be a regular - if they will have me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND......”

I’ve loved our appointments as she is friendly and fun but also a very good listener. Every session is great. She has a good range of colours. She’s just started pedicures too. They were both so sweet and very good at what they do! I had an Indian head massage done and my friend had a full body massage. Erika is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, giving honest advice and suggestions to suit your personal needs. GRB use Environ products, which are fantastic, but I never feel pressured into buying them. She also sells Jane Iredale makeup, which is really nice. The anti-aging facials and treatments are very effective and well worth a try! Highly recommended.”

With her experience in skin and body over 20years I knew I was in trusted hands. She displays certificates of her qualifications. And is constantly updating her training and techniques First I had an awful 5pence size brown mark removed from my face with cryotherapy ~ best thing I ever did. One treatment and a little healing it was gone. Then I had a massage and facial Wow that was incredible and relaxing Now I’m having laser hair removal and it’s absolutely painless I would highly recommend Dian She also Taylor’s the treatment to you. She tells you what you need and doesn’t suggest anything more. In fact she saved me money And is so very reasonably priced too. Thank you Dian”

“I left my dog Bella and my kitten Nova here from Wednesday until Monday, and I was super anxious about leaving them, the lady I spoke with on both drop off and pick up said she was new there but has been absolutely amazing! The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday! I can never thank you enough for looking after my babies and I am secure knowing you’ll have them again next month when I go away, and for any time in the future! Thank you so so much”
