“We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. “Well what can I say. Had systems on n off for a few years, with exorbitant prices. Steven made me comfy immediately, he knew what he was doing and did an awesomely good fitting cut and styling. Extremely happy with the end result and would recommend in a heartbeat. And the price was so good as his price lists show, I even gave him a £20 tip!!! “Absolutely love Snobby Dogs and so does my doggy. We’ve been getting our dogs groomed here for years and they have always done a fantastic job. The accessories available are spot on too, my doggy loves her winter puffer jacket, so does anyone who sees her in it also! The fuss they make of my doggy whilst she is in their care has made her anxiousness disappear and she now strolls in and gets excited that she’s having a groom! The bows on the collar are a lovely little bonus and we have a great picture they took from last Christmas of her in a sleigh after her groom looking very pleased about her new ‘do!”

“Pebbles Beauty & Holistic Hydra facial Micro-needling. Absolutely amazing experience I am so pleased with the results. I have a scar on my face from chicken pot from when I was two year old it has now nearly disappeared. I have scarring on my stomach from operations which is also nearly disappeared. It makes my face feel so much fresher it feels & look so much cleaner brighter. I am on my third treatment and will be continuing to have more.
