“Lovely salon. I have hypothyroidism which means my nails and hair are very sparse, especially my thin fringe. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.”

“Had a couple of beers here on a Friday evening. The guest beer was in great condition and the bar staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking next to the pub. Sports were being shown on multiple screens. Would recommend and visit again.”

“A spur of the moment decision on a Sunday late Sunday afternoon. A Walk in without a reservation late on Sunday afternoon, the pub was relatively busy and there was a small queue of people waiting to be seated. Whilst guest were being seated, the lady behind the bar could see that we were waiting. She stopped what she was doing, she greeted us with a cherry hello, and confirmed if we had a reservation which we haven’t. She said it was no bother had a table available And it will only take two ticks to wipe down and set up. We both went for the Sunday lunch one roast beef one roast lamb the meals came to the table within 20 minutes and I have to say one of the best Sunday lunches I’ve had in years we finished off With one cheesecake and two spoons. The staff here at the Horton were most definitely on their a game when we visited on Sunday. Polite professional and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning to the Horton Arms.”

“For the last four years we have visited Lancaster park and animal farm for Halloween and every year it gets better. The big kid in me particularly loved this year's theme of harry potter. The staff always go to so much effort staying in character and making sure everyone has fun! Lots of animals to see and feed and a large field filled with pumpkins to choose from. Particularly enjoyed the new marshmallow toasting set up! As always an amazing day, reasonably priced, lots to see and do and will definitely be back again next year!”

“What a welcoming pub. A group of us visited after the Oldham vs Woking game on Tuesday night. We were away fans, but made to feel at home straight away! Christine & Jess looked after us so well and we were even bought a round of drinks from one of the locals. We will definitely recommend The Rifle Range and be sure to visit for longer next time. “Popped in to the local Lidl which because of Tesco, asda and Aldi being closer, just never got round to going to Lidl. It's on Broadway next to McDonald's and there's plenty of parking and is easy to get to. Entering the store, there are donuts and croissants displayed on the right with fruits on the left. I found the store very spacious and not busy so managed to wander around freely. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and always smiling. Prices are reasonable but not many offers like you would get in Tesco or Asda. The place I would say is close to the design of Aldi. They also have little cute trolleys for the children which I think is a nice touch. Didn't see any bathroom inside but there's McDonald's across the road so can always use bathrooms there if needed. Will make an effort to come here more often.”

“Even though we have moved out of Chadderton we still always use this takeaway to get a set meal for 3 (which feeds 4 easily, with leftovers, and is very reasonably priced at £30 odd). The food is well cooked and fresh. It's the best Chinese takeaway I have had. The only slight quibble is that it would be amazing if they could have a few gluten free options, the lady on the phone did not seem to understand the term 'gluten free' and so my coeliac brother in law had to make do with a gluten free egg fried rice and chicken from Mabel's Chippy Middleton via Ubereats, and the chicken was nice but the egg fried rice was flavourless, and it cost as much as our entire set meal for 3!”

“Lovely, friendly staff. Great choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at really good prices. We hired the function room upstairs for our sons and his friends joint 21st. Good sized room with its own bar, stage and toilets. Lots of seating and a good size dance floor. Highly recommend The Blue Club if you are looking for a function room for any event.”
