She takes her time and makes sure she pays attention to detail, and has an excellent knowledge in her field of expertise. She treats all clients with the same level of care and is also very kind and caring giving a level of service I haven't received elsewhere due to her empathetic nature and excellent sense of humour. “We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. “I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. We particularly love the amount of time the children spend outside in virtually all weathers. When we first saw inside I was i was surprised that there didn't seem to be many commercially bought toys, but came to realise that they don't need them as they use materials and the world around them as their toys.
