I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”

“Amazing value for the kids and family! Jungle Jacks Bouncy Castles delivered and setup the bouncy castle for us, explained how to switch it on and off and some health and safety advice - All really simple stuff. I never realised how quickly these things go up which means the kids could go on it for an hour, we turn it off and 10mins later if they wanted to go back on it is back up in seconds! I think our kids used it for about six hours a day during the lockdown - 'Best Holiday Ever' they said lol. Our children just loved it!!! We had it for 5 days and we will defiantly will be doing it again and renting from Jungle Jacks Bouncy Castle - Thank you!”

I ordered a 9" pepperoni pizza (no complaints from my autistic brother, came back with an empty plate!) 9" Meat Feast Pizza, looked lovely no complaints from my dad. Garlic mushrooms were lush!! Popcorn chicken was nicer than KFC. And the chips were lovely with a paprika syle seasoning!! And 14" Cheese&Onion Garlic Bread is absolute heaven!!! “I really can’t understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say I’ve had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. It’s fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that it’s usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.”
